Q1: Impossible to pair it with my phone.

A1: -Please confirm that when you paring the watch, you select “Harley” on the TouchElex APP. If the wrong series is selected, it will lead to unable to pair the phone with watch. -Make sure the BLUETOOTH and POSITION is on. -Make sure that whether the other smartphone is connecting with the watch. In this case, please unpair that device and reset the smartwatch.

Q2: Watch fails to receive notifications from smartphone

A2: Ensure that DND (Do-Not-Disturb) mode is disabled on the watch, and make sure your phone’s notification bar displays messages. And then follow the steps below.

-Use the “touchElex” app to pair the watch to your phone.

-On the app, tap on the “Me” icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.

-Make sure “Incoming call notification” is enabled (toggled to green color).

-Tap on “Message notifications” to access the notification filter, which allows you to disable or enable notifications from various apps.

Once you are done, tap on the back arrow on the top-left corner of the screen to apply the setting

Q3 How to use my own picture as watch face?

A3: Open TouchElex APP-Device-Watch Faces-More-My watch faces-Album dial-choose you own picture.

INCOMPATIBLE

1. Harley Series can not make calls or answer calls.

2. The function of quick reply is compatible with Android, but incompatible with iOS.

3. The Harley Series can not type message by the smartwatch itself, it can send the pre-set words to each call or message.
