Q: How to connect the watch to the phone?

Step A: Connect to Bluetooth in the FitCloudPro App (for data transfer)

– Turn on the “Bluetooth” function of your phone.

– Search “FitCloudPro” in the store or scan QR code on the manual to download the APP.

– Open the APP, click “Device”, find “Watch” to pair and agree to bind on the watch.

Step B: Connect to audio Bluetooth in your phone (for answering/dialing/listening to music)

– Slide down the screen and turn on the “Call” function.

– Open the phone “Settings” and enter the “Bluetooth” interface.

– Find “Watch HT” and click to connect it.

NOTE: The phone and watch should not be farther than 10 meters during the connection process.

Q: How to measure HR/ BP/ SPO2 more accurately?

1. Please make sure your personal info (age, height, weight) in FitCloudPro are filled in correctly.

2. Swing of the arm, wearing too tight or too loose, raising the arm and making a fist, individual differences such as skin color, hair, tattoos, scars, etc. can affect your blood circulation and thus affect the measure signal. You can turn on the elevated heart rate measurement function in FitCloudPro.

NOTE: Manually tap the heart rate/ blood pressure/ blood oxygen measurement on the watch, measurement results will be displayed directly on the watch and will not be transmitted to the FitCloudPro app. When you turn on the 24-hour measurement, measurement results will be automatically transferred to the FitCloudPro app.
