Q1.How to receive the Call/Message/APP notification on the smart watch ?

1. Please open the “Device” page of the “Fitdock” APP when paired.

2. Turn on “Notification Alerts”and , choose to turn on or off the applications as you need

3. Make sure your watch is bound to your phone all the time through BlueTooth and keep a distance within 10 meters( 30ft).

(Note: When you turn on “Do Not Disturb”, silence calls and notifications except alarm.)

Q2.What should I do when I fail to pair the smart watch with the app on my phone again?

Swipe the screen of the watch and tap “Settings” to enter settings mode. Tap “SystemMenu” and choose “Factory Reset”. The information on the watch will be reset and the watch will be restarted. And then use the Fitdock app to scan the QR code displayed on your watch to pair.

If you still fail to connect the watch to the app, please patiently take the following steps:

1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth is enabled and make sure the watch is not connected to other phones.

2. Search this device in the app to pair on the “Pair Device” page.

3. Keep your smartphone and the smartwatch within 0.5 meters and the watch screen always turns on when pairing.
